ABOUT SOPHIA DAVIES
With over 15 years of experience in Permanent Makeup, my journey began in London and was driven by a lifelong love of art, detail, and natural beauty. After training extensively with industry-leading educators and continually reinvesting in advanced education, I built my career through hands-on experience, even while raising a family. Becoming a finalist at the PMU Conference Awards and later training in laser removal exposed me to the importance of correct, in-depth foundation training — something many artists sadly never receive. This inspired the creation of Sophia Davies PMU Training Academy, where my mission is to raise industry standards by delivering honest, high-quality education rooted in real experience. Whether treating clients or training artists, my focus is always on integrity, refined technique, and safe, beautiful, long-term results.
I didn’t build this academy to simply teach a technique. I built it to raise the standard of PMU education.
My journey into permanent makeup began with a passion for precision, artistry and creating results that truly enhance, not overpower natural beauty. Over the years, I have refined my techniques, studied skin behaviour in depth, and developed a structured approach to training that prioritises safety, longevity and real confidence.
