To ensure every client receives the highest level of care, quality treatments and a smooth appointment experience, I kindly ask that all clients take a moment to review the salon policies below before booking. These guidelines help maintain a professional, safe and respectful environment for everyone visiting the clinic. They also allow appointments to run on time and ensure each client receives the attention they deserve. Some treatments require preparation, consultation or aftercare, so understanding these policies helps you get the best possible results. Deposits & Booking
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, this will be treated as a no-show and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Consultations & Suitability
Your safety is always the top priority. Some treatments require a consultation, patch test, or medical history check before your appointment.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe, suitable, or in the client’s best interest.
Results Disclaimer
Results may vary from client to client depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and medical history. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Aftercare Responsibility
Following the correct aftercare is essential for achieving the best results. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed carefully.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect the final result and may require additional treatments.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, professional environment and ensure treatments are carried out safely, I kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone unless assistance is required.
