Hairstroke Brows use a digital machine to create ultra-fine, hair-like strokes for a natural and realistic finish, with improved longevity compared to traditional microblading. ✨ Best suited for: • Clients wanting realistic hair strokes • Mature or sensitive skin • Oily skin types ✔️ One top-up session is INCLUDED when booked within 8 weeks of the initial appointment. ⏰ Top-ups booked after 8 weeks will incur an additional charge of £90. 📋 Consultation form must be completed prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing me for your PMU treatment. My aim is to give every client a safe, positive and well-organised experience. To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read the booking policy below. 1. Booking & Deposits A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and will be deducted from your treatment price on the day. Deposits can only be moved if the rescheduling notice period is met. 2. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice. With enough notice, your deposit may be transferred once only to a new date. With less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations with fewer than 72 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and future bookings may require full payment upfront. 4. Patch Tests & Suitability A patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment. If you do not attend, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit lost. If you are unsuitable for PMU due to undeclared medical conditions or skin concerns, the deposit remains non-refundable. 5. Previous PMU If you have existing PMU, please send clear, makeup-free photos before booking. If you arrive with previous work that has not been approved, and I cannot proceed, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. 6. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be lost. 7. Guests & Children For safety and hygiene reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room. Only the client receiving the treatment may attend. 8. Payments The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Refunds are not offered for PMU treatments. 9. Pricing Prices may change, but the amount you pay will always be the price stated at the time of booking.
